The BNP is using YouTube for all it is worth to promote its EU election campaign. It is a highly organised, professional, Goebbelsesque operation. Meanwhile, a handful of anti-fascist YouTubers are fighting back to counteract their influence, but we need help from other anti-fascists.

The importance of YouTube in politics cannot be overstated. Obama used it to the full to win his election.

As you will doubtless know, Griffin only needs 8.4% of the vote to get elected in the North West. The BNP is on course to win 4 seats.

You do not, repeat do not, need to post videos yourselves to participate on YouTube. Anyone can register and this enables people to rate videos, comment upon them and select anti-fascist videos as their “favourites”–the videos then appear on their own YouTube page giving them extra exposure. Right now we could do with a massive effort to fight these creatures on this crucially important website.

Lets use these last days to do another Cable Street on YouTube.
